Welcome to Easy Go Mobility. By accessing or using our car rental services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license to rent a vehicle from Easy Go Mobility.

2. Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
Prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice.
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.

3. Vehicle Usage

Vehicles must be used only for lawful purposes.
No unauthorized drivers are allowed.
Vehicles must not be used for racing, towing, or illegal activities.

4. Fuel Policy

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at pickup. Additional charges may apply otherwise.

5. Insurance & Liability

Basic insurance may be included in your rental.
You are responsible for any damage not covered by insurance.
Additional insurance options may be available.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the booking type. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our policy.

7. Late Returns

Late returns may incur additional charges. Please inform us in advance if you expect a delay.

8. Prohibited Activities

Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Using the vehicle for illegal purposes
Subleasing or transferring the rental agreement

9. Limitation of Liability

Easy Go Mobility is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
